Our aim is to proactively work with women’s self-leadership, in all areas of life, to create the conditions to balance high performance with well-being. To enable this, Heylife offers various services to optimize the results for both the women and the company.
In addition to our main offer, where the woman is in focus, we also offer several services at a strategic level for the company, where the aim is to create a sustainable and high-performance business environment for everyone. This includes diversity & inclusion work, career- and succesion planning as well as company culture and values.
Our main offer – “The woman in focus”
We customize our programs to find the best solutions for our clients. However, a program is always individual basedand starts off with a mandatory pre-module (see image below) to assess and understand the current life balance situation of the client.
Pre-module includes:
- personality analysis, health-check, hormone test and “wheel of life” app
- involvement of manager and HR to align career path and succession planning
- at least 5 hours of performance coaching to put result into action
The customized part of the program, tailored by the company, can be everything from group/non-group setting, digitally/live, on/off site,
extra hours of coaching etc.
